The origin of forms of distress

Abuse Anxiety Depression Obsession

Conditions such as Anxiety Depression and Obsessive Behaviour may possibly  have their origins rooted in early childhood and often arise and effect us gradually over a long period of time. The root and cause is often complex and can be found within a relationship that is perceived as 'difficult' or simply an environment where the sufferer does not feel comfortable for one reason or another. This feeling is often unconscious.

This website aims to outline the various forms of distress conditions and their potential to be tackled within the sphere of a conjunctive talking therapy. The treatment suggested is outlined on the treatment page of this site and futher details of this, that would be more case specific, can be obtained by completing the contact form. There is no committment or charge for this contact and all enquiries are in the strictest confidence.
