I'm Julie, the founder of Julie Bryan Life Therapy.
It may sound cliché, but I truly believe my life's purpose is to help others. As an empath working for years in a field that rarely allowed space for emotional connection, I felt a growing need to embrace my true calling.

In my late 40s, I reached a pivotal moment—a crossroads where I knew it was time to step into my power. So, I took a leap of faith, enrolled in college (proudly the oldest student in town!), and embarked on a personal development journey that transformed my life in ways I never imagined. I had finally discovered my magic.

Much of my training focused on supporting survivors of domestic violence and toxic relationships, as well as those navigating anxiety, depression, and other life challenges. As I delved deeper, I realised I could expand my impact further by training as a empowerment and integrating well-being practices.
I now help men and women on their journey from adversity to empowerment by rediscovering their self-worth, embracing their unique magic, and setting meaningful goals toward the life they dream of.
